Frequently asked questions about race events
When will the events be held?
The schedule of events with tickets on sale is published on https://en.superrace.ru/ in the “Racing events schedule” section.
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets for the new season go on sale in early March.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available:
• on the official site https://en.superrace.ru/
• on official ticket agents*: Kassir.ru; Koncert.ru; Yandex Afisha; Afisha.ru; MTS Live
• at on-site box offices at the circuit on event days (subject to availability).
Purchase and use terms are set out in the Public Offer.
*Please note: third-party agents may add markups and service fees.
How much do tickets cost? What are sales phases? What determines ticket prices?
The full price list is on the official site https://en.superrace.ru/
Tickets are released in phases. Each phase has a set quantity and sale window. Once a phase sells out or its window ends, prices move to the next phase.
The earlier you buy, the better the category choice and the lower the price compared with gate prices on event days.
We recommend purchasing in advance.
If I buy a ticket on-site on event day, will it be more expensive or cheaper than online?
On event days, box-office and online prices are identical.
Note: early-phase prices are lower than on event-day.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can buy as an individual?
To give the largest number of customers fair access, purchases are limited to 8 tickets per person (promotions may vary this).
Tickets bought beyond this limit may be cancelled without refund. Please see the Public Offer for details.
Are there discounts for children?
Children aged 7 and under enter free when accompanied by an adult.
Note: they may not occupy a separate seat unless a ticket is purchased for it.
No other children’s discounts apply.
Are there discounts for people with disabilities?
Guests with disabilities receive free entry on presentation of an ID and disability certificate at the event box office.
Wheelchair users and Group 1 disabled guests may attend any round for free, subject to site accessibility. A single companion is also admitted free.
Accessible seating is limited per event.
Note: not every grandstand has accessible ramps for people with reduced mobility.
Can I order tickets for a group?
For group orders of 8 or more tickets, contact our corporate sales team at vn@fenixpromotion.ru.
Is the ticket name-specific?
No, tickets are not issued to a specific name. However, if a ticket is lost or damaged so the barcode is unreadable, reprints are only possible in the presence of the original buyer or the named recipient.
What do I need to print an electronic ticket?
Any color or black-and-white inkjet or laser printer at 300 DPI or higher can be used. To open the ticket file you’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0.1 or newer (free at www.adobe.com). Print on plain A4 paper at the highest quality; do not change the scale — print at 100%.
What happens if I print more than one copy of my electronic ticket, or let someone else copy it?
Treat your ticket with the same care as any other ticket. Only the first person to present the ticket at the gate gains entry; subsequent copies of the same ticket will be refused.
If I bought a ticket from a reseller, can I enter the circuit?
The organizer accepts no responsibility for stolen or counterfeit tickets bought from unauthorized sources. Lost tickets may be re-issued on request; the QR codes of the originals will be invalidated. Resold tickets may be invalidated as lost.
I pre-purchased a ticket for a 2024 season round and received it by email. What do I do next?
Tickets arrive by email as a PDF:
– Open the file and save it to your phone or take a screenshot (barcodes and QR codes must be clearly visible) — mobile reception at the circuit can be spotty;
– On arrival, go to the ticket-scanning tent first and present either a printout or the ticket on your screen;
– After scanning, pick up a wristband for every ticket holder — entry to the circuit requires the wristband on your wrist.
Can I take off the wristband?
Access to the circuit is only granted with a wristband on your wrist. Please show the wristband to security at the gate.
So if I enter the circuit at 9am, I can't leave anymore?
Once the wristband is on, you can re-enter the circuit as many times as you like during the event day.
How do I know where I'll be seated in the grandstand?
All tickets grant access to unreserved seating in a specific grandstand.
Remember that your ticket is only valid for the grandstand it was purchased for.
Please don’t “save seats” while away for extended periods (no clothing, bags, umbrellas or food).
What should I do if my wristband tears?
Bring the torn wristband (mandatory) to the box office and our staff will exchange it for a new one.
Can I request a ticket refund?
Refunds are processed in accordance with Russian law and the Public Offer published on the Events page.
Can an electronic ticket be transferred to another person?
If one person orders multiple tickets and all guests attend together, a single order is fine — provided the buyer is present with ID and can confirm the order if any dispute arises. If the buyer won’t be attending, a separate order per guest is recommended. One ticket admits one person for one event day; re-use by another person during the same day is not allowed. The buyer / ticket holder may not resell, transfer (for commercial or personal gain) or distribute tickets — either personally or through third parties — without the Organizer’s written consent.
How do I park at the event?
If you arrive by personal car, free parking is available on site. To keep traffic flowing and exits smooth, please follow the parking staff (green vests and batons) when they direct you to a space.
If I don't have a car, how do I get to the circuit?
Public transport and taxi services are available.
Can I bring food and drinks to the race?
Yes. However, alcohol of any kind and food or water in glass containers may not be brought onto the event grounds.
Can I bring baby food and a stroller into the event grounds?
Up to 1 litre of baby food per child (including soy, breast or cow milk, infant formula and sterilized water — glass containers included; any other food for children under 5) may be brought in. Accompanying adults may be asked to show it for inspection. Ticket holders may bring strollers.
What can I bring into the event grounds?
For everyone’s safety, permitted items on site are restricted. The full list is in the Public Offer — please read it before attending. In brief, the following are prohibited:
• any alcohol; food or drinks in glass containers; flags on metal or wooden poles over 1.5 m; chairs, benches, stools; portable coolers or hampers; helium balloons;
• pets (except guide dogs accompanying a disabled ticket holder);
• firearms and other weapons, any item usable to harm others, and replicas thereof;
• bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller skates, fireworks, laser pointers, frisbees, musical instruments and/or sound amplifiers, including PA systems;
• signal flares, whistles, megaphones, vuvuzelas (trumpets and horns are allowed), any electronic or broadcast equipment;
• flammable and pyrotechnic substances (except matches and pocket lighters), including flares, firecrackers, gas cylinders;
• devices, including homemade ones, that are not pyrotechnics but disperse materials or substances (e.g. pneumatic poppers).
Can I bring electronic devices (cameras, mobile phones, and other portable communication devices) into the event grounds?
Electronic devices (cameras, mobile phones and other personal portable communication devices) are permitted unless otherwise specified, on condition that any recordings, data and images — including photos and stills derived from recordings — made, stored or created at the event are used solely for private, non-commercial purposes, with the exception of social-media content.
The ticket buyer agrees:
– not to photograph, film or otherwise record the event for commercial use without the organizer’s prior written consent;
– not to broadcast the video and/or audio of the event by any means or technology;
– not to sell or publish any media material from the event on any platform for commercial use without the organizer’s prior written consent.
Please read the Public Offer carefully before attending.
Can I bring professional electronic equipment into the event grounds?
Ticket holders may not produce, store or broadcast audio, video or photo recordings, nor store, record or broadcast any information or data — including official timing, results, splits, telemetry, weather or race-control data — about or related to the event. Bringing equipment intended for any of these actions onto the grounds is prohibited. See the Public Offer for details.
Are there luggage lockers at the event grounds?
Luggage storage is not available.
Will food be available at the circuit?
Plenty of food and drink outlets are available. Official merchandise is also on sale on the grounds.
